Asian Flare Premier Downtown Toronto Condo is a well-decorated, warm and fully equipped condo perfect for your Toronto vacation.
This beautifully styled apartment, has a large living room, great balcony view of Lake Ontario, a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room area. The den also has a double size sofa bed. Al in all you will have plenty of space for a very comfortable stay.
The building itself has a commercial area on the ground floor where 2 restaurants , a food supermarket, liquer store, bank, Starbucks coffee shop and Sport clothing store are awaiting for you. And of course for our guests we are offericg access to our indoor swimming pool featuring a hot tub and a sauna ( in the changing room) , a gym and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. The common areas also offer business rooms and party rooms. We have a total of 5 units in the same building , so if you are a large group you can book with no worries 🙂
The site is located across the street from Union station ( direct connection to the airport is available via the UP Express train) walking distance to the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and Lake Ontario. Town Flats Premier 2 Bedrooms condo is strategically located in the Toronto Downtown Area .It is a fully equipped apartment with 2 large bedrooms, 2 balconies 2 swimming pools, terrace and lots of other amenities.
The condo is pet-friendly ( for small pets) and features many outdoor and indoor facilities. The condo is equipped with air conditioning, free Hig-Speed WiFi, Free TV channels, Netflix, Youtube. Secure underground private parking is available on site, for a small extra fee of $30 per day ( compared to other locations in the area ).
The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove an microwave oven. A flat-screen TV is available in the living room. You’ll also enjoy nice views on the 2 balconies and many other small utilities this apartment has to offer ( such as en suite laundry).
You’ll also enjoy a variety of activities that are available in the area, for example visiting the CN Tower ( 5 minutes walking from your condo) or the famous Ripley’s Aquarium ( 5 minutes walking) or Ontario Lake (10 minutes walking) . From there you can get a boat to Toronto Islands attractions and spend a whole day there visiting the attractions or going to the beach. The airport is also close – Toronto Pearson International Airport, have a direct train connection (Union Pearson Express or UP Express – look for UP Express signs in the airport or ask) to Downtown Toronto and the arrival Union Station is across the street from the apartment.
There are 2 private bathrooms with shower in each unit, along with free toiletries, towels and shampoo. The indoor swimming pool has a hot tub and a sauna. A perfect place for small and big groups of people, friends and family trips or corporate events in the area. This condo can sleep 12 people at its maximum capacity and it can be used as well for small get togethers.
